Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our product, as this policy will apply to all orders.

What are my pick up and delivery options?

Local pick up is available at our manufacturing location for all products  - 12824 Hwy 105 w Conroe, TX 77304

Pick ups must be arranged ahead of time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Method    -    Shipping Rates
  UPS Ground          $20-$70 per item
      (3-5 Days)

All delivery times are based in good faith but are estimates only.

Shipping cost will be determined by the size and weight of product ordered.

Tracking information will be sent to the customer vis email or sms the day before or the day of shipment.

International shipping currently not available

Order delays

Orders are generally processed within 4-6 weeks. If a longer processing time is required, we will inform the customer immediately. 

Return shipments

Return shipments are handled on a case by case situation.

Custom sized units are only eligible for returns if the product was mis manufactured in a incorrect size.

Standard size units are eligible for returns or exchange at the shipping expense of the customer.

Customer must return item in original packing to to be eligible for return. 

In the case a returned item is damaged during shipment back to ICS, the customer will forgo the expense of replacement if the product was packaged with customers packing.
