Ordering Instructions

Please provide us with your exact measurements.

We will make the necessary subtractions for the door hinges and wiggle room.

When measuring the width, on a single door cabinet, but the inside of the door hinge, and measure over to the opposite side of the opening.

You're trying to measure the narrowest part of the opening.

On double door cabinets, measure in between both door hinges.

If you are willing to take the door off to install, please provide the width of the cabinet without the hinges as well.

Great product.

A great quality sliding shelf unit. We love it.

The quality construction drawers open and close easily with one finger. The drawers install quickly.
We gained fifty percent more cabinet storage. It’s very easy to access or bottom cabinets now. I highly recommend them and plan on buying more in the future.

We like the final product but assembly was quite difficult mainly due to deficiencies in the written instructions. It is not obvious that the latch plate inside the drawer guides are movable and become mispositioned when the guides that attach to the frame are withdrawn from the guides attached by factory to the drawers. Please add a note describing correct positioning before drawer insertion. Otherwise, drawer latches too early and won't insert fully.

One of the guides attached by factory to a drawer was shipped bent. The center screw was not tightened and the gap was wide enough to prevent that drawer from inserting. Took a lot to eliminate any of my installation errors and find the improperly assembly - by factory.

The product is expensive and should not have these problems. I am an experienced assembler and recognize a poor quality product. I wrote instruction manuals most of my career in the nuclear industry and know when critical notes are necessary. I called the number listed on the instructions for help and left a message. No response received. Also, the video on your web site did not help me understand why drawers would not fully i insert due to latch plate misalignment.

I'm open to having a conversation so I can better understand why there was an inibility to understand the instruction sheet.
For reference if a drawer guides arrived damaged I would have been happy to ship you a brand new one right away.

I'm in the office from 8am-4pm everyday and unforutnely I have never received a call or voicemail or email from you.
I'm sorry that after the item being shipped hundrededs of miles one screw was slightly backed out.
I can't control what happends to the packages after the shipping company picks them up from me.
What I can assure you of is that everything was intact when it was packaged and given to the shipper.

As far as the 'latch plate misalignment' I'm not quite sure I understand your what you mean.
The drawer guides can be poistioned all the way open, all the way closed, or partially opened, and the drawer will still slide right in.
If a screw was slightly backed out of the drawer that could have caused your issue, but the position of the guide plays no affect on how the drawer attaches.

The quality and workmanship are 5 star - but you lose a LOT of space by putting in these drawers. We lost about 50% capacity to store our pots and pans.
